How to work with us:

1: Let's Connect!
To get started, you'll fill out our quick 5-question trip inquiry form, and then you'll choose a time to schedule our 15-minute "get to know you" call. We learn all about you and your travel dreams, goals, and preferences during the initial call. You will learn about us, our processes, our Travel Design Plans, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we're a good fit. Together, we uncover your vision for the perfect trip. |

2: Consult and Design
After our call, we'll send you our Travel Design Plans options, our Vacation Information Form, and an invoice for your choice of Travel Design Plans. After receiving the completed Vacation Information Form, and the payment for your choice of the Travel Design Plan, we will send you a travel proposal. You will review the proposal, and book an extended consultation session with us. This meeting allows us to clarify your particular travel preferences, style, and "must-sees." We will make any tweaks necessary until your travel proposal is perfect. After approving the proposal, we work on securing the reservations and remain actively engaged with you and our partners throughout the booking process. |

3: Get excited and prepare
Put a vacation countdown calendar on your phone. Go shopping to get the right gear. Get your travel documents in order. Before your departure, we'll schedule another appointment to review your final documents with you and answer any last-minute questions. If you hit a snag on the trip, we are your personal panic button. We are a text, chat, email, or phone call away. |

4: Depart and share your dream vacation
Embark on your dream vacation. When you return from your trip, you'll want to share your experiences with your friends and family. But you notice they may not share the same excitement as you do? Well, we do! After returning to reality, we'd love to hear about your trip. While we try to get away often, we live through our customers and love learning about your experiences, the wonderful ones, and even those that may not have lived up to your expectations. Feedback is how we learn, and it helps us with our other clients. |
