Valid passports are required for all travelers. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. All U.S. citizens traveling to the United Kingdom for tourism must have an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before travel. Ask your travel advisor for more information. You can apply for an ETA and find information on the requirements on the UK Government website. Additional documentation may be required for some travelers. The travel supplier has vetted and hand-selected the best hotels around the world with location, comfort, and style in mind. Enjoy first-class hotels in each destination, and check in with confidence. The travel supplier has already checked everything out for your comfort and convenience.

Gratuities are not included, but may be added during the booking process.   Passengers can pre-pay their Tour Director and Driver gratuities before departure in select destinations. A per-person gratuity rate is calculated for each vacation to conveniently provide gratuities for the Tour Director and Driver. You can pre-purchase gratuities at the time of booking, simply notify your travel advisor. NOTE: Tips to Local Guides are not included in pre-paid gratuities in Europe tours, but you are welcome to offer tips directly on tour.

This itinerary is available in Classic Guided Group, Small Group Guided, and even Private touring options. This flexibility allows each traveler to choose what's right for their travel style. Please note: Private touring requires at least 6 guests on the same itinerary and an up-charge will be applied. On selected days, you may have the opportunity to purchase an optional excursion to make the trip even more special. There are only two optional extra excursions offered within this itinerary. All other sightseeing is included. If you want to extend your stay either before or after the tour dates, please consult your travel advisor for availability.

Local Arrival and Departure transportation per city will be booked with your air-inclusive vacation package, with one exception: If you extend your stay before or after the tour date, airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transportation may be available upon request for an additional cost.  Transportation between each city and town within the itinerary is included.

Hotel porterage (where available) for one bag per participant is included in the price. Additional bags, if space is available, are charged extra and payable to the Tour Director. If no space is available, you are responsible for arrangements for your extra bag(s) from location to location at your expense. Porterage is not included at train stations or at airports. For specific vacation restrictions and information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions as well as your Travel Documents. Each vacation may have slight modifications to the above. Your air carrier may have stricter weight/dimension limitations. Size and weight limitations for carry-on and checked baggage vary from airline to airline and even according to destination. Up-to-date information on carrier specific standard checked baggage allowance (including size and weight limitations), the standard allowance (and fee, if applicable) for carry-on baggage, and the standard fee for the first and second checked bag, along with information that additional discounts may apply depending on flyer-specific factors (e.g. frequent flyer status, military, credit card used for purchase or early purchase online, etc.) can be found by accessing www.iflybags.com. The traveler is responsible for additional fees imposed by air carriers regarding baggage. Regulations within most airports require that passengers handle their own luggage through customs. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveler's belongings throughout the duration of the vacation. Baggage insurance is recommended.

Due to limited coach capacity, your bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30"x21"x11" (62" linear dimensions) or weight exceeding 50 lbs. Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12"x11"x6". Certain tours may have a different weight limit due to operational restrictions; please see tour details for specific information. Please note that air carriers, cruise lines and other forms of transportation may have other restrictions and requirements including weight, and we recommend that you contact the suppliers directly for additional information. We regret we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits. Some airlines are also charging fees for checked baggage, and these fees are not included in the vacation or airfare package price. Please check with your airline directly for baggage information and regulations. The traveler is responsible for any additional baggage fees imposed by the air carrier.

The tour operator makes reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled and mobility-impaired travelers but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so. Because we cannot provide individual assistance to travelers in many situations, and most of our transportation services are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, we recommend that you contact your travel advisor for more information. International travel is different than domestic U.S. travel.
